The Vail Golf Club is gearing up for another great summer, and in anticipation of the upcoming season, pass sales are now available for purchase online. New this year, the Vail Golf Club is offering an Eagle County Gold Pass, which is a version of the popular Gold Pass that in prior years was only available to Vail Recreation District residents. The Vail Golf Club offers a variety of season passes to choose from including a silver pass, junior passes, young adult passes and parent-junior passes for families to play together. Pass prices for 2018 have not increased from 2017 rates. Popular 10 round and 20 round, 9 hole punch passes are also available. Passes may be purchased online at vail.golf/golf-passes. Guests may also purchase passes and punch cards by calling 970-479-2260 or emailing email@example.com. In-person purchases will be available at the Vail Golf Club pro shop beginning on opening day.
Opening Day & Early Season Conditions
The Vail Golf Club will open for the season on Monday, May 7 with the driving range and pro shop available to guests. The pro shop will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the early season. On Friday, May 11, the golf course will open for play, with tee times starting at 10 a.m. Due to the unusual weather and snowpack conditions this winter, temporary greens will open first, and the golf maintenance staff is working hard to prepare the course to get as many holes open as quickly as possible. Look for more details about which holes will be open as we get closer to May 11. On May 11, food and beverage offerings will be available through the starter building. Expect early season course conditions.
The Vail Golf Club will again offer a stellar lineup of programming and camps for both youth and adults. Starting in June, adults can participate in the Sam Adams Swing Hour and Ladies, Lessons and Libations driving range clinics, Get Golf Ready and Play with the Pro programs, plus senior clinics, junior camps and a new High School Golf Camp this year.
